About Legacy Community Care Initiative

Legacy Community Care Initiative (LCCI) is dedicated to helping individuals and families identify, access, and navigate available community resources.

Our mission is to build healthier families and strengthen communities through resource navigation, health education, outreach, advocacy, and community-centered support.

We help connect community members with available resources related to housing, utilities, food assistance, healthcare access, prescription assistance, employment, education, disability services, senior services, and family support programs.

Our services are free. While LCCI does not directly provide financial assistance, we work to connect individuals and families with programs, services, and organizations that may be able to assist them.

Together, we are building stronger communities through connection, compassion, and support.
