PAAD — Pharmaceutical Assistance to the Aged & Disabled
PAAD helps eligible New Jersey residents age 65+, as well as adults 18–64 receiving Social Security Disability benefits, lower prescription costs.
2026 income limits:
Single: less than $54,943
Married: less than $62,390
Covered prescriptions generally have a $5 generic / $7 brand-name copay.

Senior Gold Prescription Discount Program
Senior Gold Prescription Discount Program
For eligible NJ residents who are over the PAAD income limit, Senior Gold provides additional prescription savings. Members generally pay $15 plus 50% of the remaining cost of covered prescriptions, with additional protections after reaching specified annual out-of-pocket thresholds.

Married: $62,390–$72,390
